So Yarn Souq is having a clearance sale.
More importantly, I want to shift the focus of the shop to more natural fibers. I know I cannot completely avoid synthetics since that 15% nylon content makes sock yarn better. However, what I would like to focus on are higher blends of natural fibers such as wool, cotton and linen. It’s better for the knitter/crocheter who will find better enjoyment of their craft and all around better for the environment, too. There’s so much plastic waste on the planet so why contribute more by supporting the production of acrylic yarn?
There is a place for synthetics, and there is massive consumer group to cater to, but I’m going to leave it to other yarn shops out there. There’s plenty of niche market for all of us to thrive in. Yarn Souq will be your go-to for more natural fiber products.
