Strict shipping schedule
Orders are dispatched during the work week, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 5pm on Friday and during the weekend will be dispatched on the next available working day. We outsource delivery of orders so we cannot guarantee date and timing of delivery. Make sure you answer the call from the courier company as they may require verification of the delivery address.
We do not arrange pick-up outside of the established Arte market dates.
Mandatory information required for shipping
To ensure your order is dispatched without delay, please make sure to provide the following during checkout:
– Flat or villa/house number
– Building name, if applicable
– Area name
– Street name or number
– ZIP code, if applicable
– Telephone number where the courier can reach you at anytime,if required
Shipping Options
Within UAE
– Free delivery for orders starting from AED 300 and above
– Self pick-up (no delivery fee) available only during ARTE market days. Please refer to the market schedule on our home page
– Delivery with local courier service for all other orders at AED20 for up to 5kg, fulfilled within 2 working days of receiving your order
International shipping
– Exact shipping fee will be quoted once your order is packed
– Delivery is fulfilled locally by a service provider and forwarded to their international partners such as FedEx, DHL, etc.
